Visiting Campus
We encourage alums, friends and church groups to visit Garrett-Evangelical. There is no better way to experience seminary life today than my spending a day, or part of a day, on our campus located in the heart of Northwestern University in suburban Evanston, Illinois, beside beautiful Lake Michigan.
We will design a visit that meets your needs and includes a personal host who can arrange for you to join us for worship, a meal, a campus tour, a presentation about the seminary, and/or sitting in on a seminary class.
Visits are especially encouraged on Tuesday and Thursday when visitors can join us for chapel at 11 a.m. and lunch at noon, followed by a campus tour, presentation or classroom visit. Or, consider coming on Wednesday when you can take a tour in late afternoon followed by a community meal at 5 p.m., chapel at 6 p.m., and a seminary presentation or classroom experience at 7 p.m.
At Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary we seek to know God in Christ and, through preparing spiritual leaders, to help others know God in Christ. We invite you to learn mroe about this seminary that has been preparing outstanding leaders for more than 150 years.
